**About Us**:Tiny Market Co. is a cozy and welcoming neighbourhood hotspot in Toronto, where creative food and community vibes come together. We host seasonal tasting menus, run a bustling lunch service, operate a retail space curated with our house-made pasta & provisions, and provide wholesale pasta and pizza dough for a variety of restaurant clients. We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, bread-loving individual to join our small but mighty team

**What You'll Do**:

- Create timeline for dough production
- Portion and package dough for lunch service, retail, and wholesale
- Dough making and shaping
- Work in a fast-paced pasta production space
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow recipes and prepare bread dough for retail, wholesale, and tasting menus

**We're Looking for Someone Who**:

- Is not currently studying, or has flexible hours (full-time availability)
- Has a flexible schedule & can work days & weekends
- **Has familiarity working with bread, bonus points for experience working with (or at least familiarity with) sourdough**:

- Is reliable, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is organized with strong attention to detail
- Is a proactive problem-solver and team player
- Is excited to grow within a small business and take on new responsibilities
- Can self manage & create task lists for themselves
- Can lift up to 25 kilos
- Can work on their feet for long periods of time
- Has basic math skills

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

- Baking/Bread Making: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
