**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- Partner with hiring leaders and the People & Culture team to gain an in depth understanding of the business and hiring needs to deliver recruitment strategies to attract top talent that is best fit for the organization.
- Employ a variety of methods including job postings, networking, direct sourcing, and referrals to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent.
- Ensure the Company’s employer brand is conveyed to applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively think ahead for recruitment needs as our business grows.
- Partner with the People & Culture team on relevant recruiting and workforce-related issues.
- Support recruitment projects as necessary.
- Provide reporting and analytics to the business as required.
**WHAT DO YOU NEED**
- 1+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives, projects and relationships with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and high client expectations.
- Experience working with hiring teams across various departments and working on various roles.
- Communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), we use UKG (formerly UltiPro).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to help leaders understand the recruitment process and provided timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Avenue Living Group.
- Demonstrable ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's success.
