Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Technician to join our Insurance Operations Team in the Bermuda office.
Reporting to the Vice President of Bermuda Insurance Operations, the successful incumbent will be a team
player and a proactive self-starter, with the ability to provide reliable support to the Operations Team
globally. This role could be ideal for a seasoned insurance operations technician, experienced
administrator, or a recent new graduate looking for an administrative role within the insurance industry.

The Insurance Operations Team supports business processing and liaising with other functions to ensure
efficiency and effectiveness across a broad array of activities from policy specific transaction support to
training, change management and onboarding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical and administrative support within the Operations team
- various reporting requests
- data quality assurance reviews and standardization
- user acceptance testing and test evidence management
- the production of training documentation
- formatting policy wording and endorsement templates
- submitting technology change requests and tracking statuses through to completion
- report testing and data analytics

Assist with select projects and execute any other operational support responsibilities, under the
Team Leader’s direction

Support the drive for continuous improvement and process efficiency

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience; prior industry experience preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven approach
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good analytical skills
Ability to adapt to new or changing processes and priorities
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with insurance policy

administration systems advantageous
