Concrete, Drilling & Sawing is hiring a **Field Technician / Operator**. This is a critical role in helping us eliminate project roadblocks, keeping job sites moving forward efficiently and on time. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and thrives in hands-on, problem-solving situations.

OBJECTIVES:
Precision Concrete Cutting & Drilling:

- Operate saws, drills, and coring equipment for precise concrete modifications.
- Ensure cuts and openings meet client specifications and safety regulations.
- Adjust techniques and tools to fit project needs and unexpected challenges.

Safety & Site Efficiency:

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Keep job sites clean and organized to prevent hazards and delays.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Communication & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and fellow technicians to coordinate tasks.
- Provide updates on project progress and any potential challenges.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on-site.

Pay: $25.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 65 per week
