- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure new and refurbished computer systems for internal and external clients.
- Install, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on a range of devices.
- Ensure daily production targets are met, as assigned by the Configuration Scheduler.
- Collaborate with vendor-specific and internal technical support teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Adhere to all ISO procedures as outlined in Compugen’s Quality Management System.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Electronics or a related Information Technology program.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the PC industry, including hands-on work refurbishing desktops, notebooks, printers, and other hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with PC and server hardware.
- Quick learner with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver quality, precision-based work.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a sales-oriented or customer-focused environment is an asset.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs independently.
