**ABOUT YOU**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Installer is responsible for installing, terminating, and testing network cabling for camera and access control systems. You will mount, align, and configure security cameras, install access control hardware, and ensure the quality of each installation meets company standards. You will be working closely with other technicians, project managers, and customers to ensure timely completion of projects and troubleshooting any installation-related issues. Specific responsibilities include:

- Installing access control systems, including door controllers, door readers, and associated hardware.
- Configuring systems to integrate with existing infrastructure and ensure proper connectivity.
- Testing and verifying access control points to confirm they are functioning correctly and meeting customer requirements.
- Providing customer training and support on using access control systems.
- Experience with Verkada Access Control systems, including door controllers and hardware, is considered an asset.

**MUST HAVES**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience installing security cameras, network cabling, or access control systems.
- Experience with access control systems is required.
- Familiarity with Verkada products is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficiency with installation tools such as power drills, cable testers, and termination tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to work at heights and in varied environmental conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $23.96-$25.88 per hour

Additional pay:
