IT Computer Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure new and refurbished systems for internal and external customers
- Install, test software and hardware related issues
- Meet daily production deadlines as assigned by Team Lead
- Follow ISO procudure as set up by Iserve
- Refer issues to Team Lead as required with regard to lack of compliance with agreements, unusual circumstances requiring immediate action that involves customers, etc.
- Must be available to work overtime when required
- Other duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education A+ certification an asset; computer, software experience an asset.
- Knowledge and experience of work flow processes and software; technical abilities to reimage PC, Notebooks, printers etc. knowledge of enterprise servers, storage, and networking and scanning devices an asset.
- Must have good verbal and written communication, excellent organizational, time management, multitasking and prioritizing skills along with ability to follow instructions with mínimal guidance or supervision.
- Attention to detail required for Data Entry - accuracy and speed, proven record of delivering quality work and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work closely with the team and independently as required.
- Technical support is an asset along with intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
- Confidentiality of all information imperative.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand the majority of the day.
- On the job training; pay commensurate with skills and qualifications.
