**What you’ll do**

As a virtual receptionist, you’ll help our clients succeed by serving as an ambassador. You’ll answer, forward, and transfer calls, take messages, schedule appointments, and more.

**Qualifications**
- Can work flexible hours from 7am to 8pm EST
- Hold a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Have at least 1 year of continuous employment experience (customer service preferred)
- Can type at least 40+ WPM
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and punctual, with a professional work ethic
- Available to start immediately

**Hardware and workspace requirements**
- Quiet home office during scheduled work hours
- Reliable broadband internet connection 75 MBPS or above
- Windows 10 with 8 GB RAM 4 CPU cores or above
- USB Headset
- At least two monitors (15” or above)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
