**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS**:

- Sells and closes on the value of our services to guests during the initial consultation
- Drives to meet and or exceed department goals daily
- Follows up with previous clients to renew interest
- Ensures all clients questions and concerns are addressed professionally
- Managing a scheduled based on business needs
- Create volume driving initiatives
- Hit sales targets by motivating the team with positive reinforcement & leading by example
- Administration duties including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments
- Handling guest escalations by forming creative and positive solutions

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
- Strong closer in a short sales cycle
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Med Spa Sales: 2 years (required)
