**Here is what we require**:

- Two or more years recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical or medical spa, Hotel/Hospitality and sales experience is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven closing success, prospecting, relationship building;
- The ability to provide total client solutions, not just one service to achieve 100% satisfaction
- Energetic and a proven track record of success in sales, with full knowledge of the sales process starting with lead nurturing to closing the sale;
- Customer service and retail experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; multitasking and highly organized.
- Problem solving skills
- Passionate about the industry

**Here is what you will be doing**:

- Perform Clients consultations, Generate Sales and meet targets
- You will devote all of your attention, skill and effort to the business on a full-time basis and in compliance with directions and instructions given to you by the Company
- Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing appointments for the clinical team.
- Daily communication of information to team and management.
- Provide a professional and friendly experience for the clients on the telephone, online, IG and in clinic for all clients and visitors.
- Checking clients in and out; and billing.
- Knowledgeable of all medical spa services, retail products and assist in scheduling follow up visits.
- Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software, follow up calls and appointment confirmations
- Prepare daily financial and End of Day closing reports
- Effectively manage inventory
- Clinic opening and closing procedures
- Promote clinic services and products
- Other varies clerical duties as requested by Higher Managements

This position attracts a competitive salary and ability to earn commission, plus flexible full time hours. No cap on commission, so the sky's the limit
