**Aurora Peat Products** produces professional grade Canadian Sphagnum peat moss products that enhance crop productivity and overall growing media quality for a wide range of industries and uses such as: soil mixes for the horticulture market, soil conditioners, mushroom casing material, general vegetable gardening, cannabis, and reforestation seedlings. We are a leader in promoting sustainability within our environment and industry. On a daily basis this person will be responsible for:

- Working safely and in accordance with OH&S procedures and guidelines
- Regular housekeeping in work area along with yard maintenance
- Operating or assisting with screeners, mix line, balers and pallet wrapping equipment
- Performing general routine maintenance and inspection on equipment
- Be a team player to help maintain production plant daily/ weekly/ monthly goals set by management

To be able to achieve those responsibilities we are looking for the following characteristics:

- Experience with forklifts and various equipment is an asset
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Self-starter, willing to learn, and strong work ethic, good communication skills
- Understands safe work practices
