Vernon, Canada VO2 Master Health Sensors Inc. Full time

Located in Vernon, BC, VO2 Master researches, manufactures, and sells the world’s first truly portable metabolic analyzer that makes athletes faster and improves weight development for everyone.

We are seeking a shipping person. The successful applicant will work extensively with our team in shipping product world-wide, handling returns, international customs, and keeping a CRM shipping pipeline clean.

Training will be provided.

**About You**:
You know that a well-run organization is a happy one. You deplore things that waste time and love efficient use of shipping and administrative systems. You notice problems and opportunities and develop solutions. And you will jump into learning the CRM, shipping, and financial processes of the company. You have attention to detail, are organized, and quick with a computer.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Product Fulfillment

1. Communicate fulfillment timelines for clients.

2. Assist the Shipping Lead in generating shipping labels. Ship products and update records.

3. Handle product returns including label generation and dealing with international customs.

4. Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track shipments, service tickets, and to keep the system clean.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
