Job Title AP/AR & Billing Specialist (Temp) Company Dinasty Security Inc. – Vernon, CA Job Type Temporary | Full-Time Compensation $20–$24/hr (DOE) | Biweekly Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Job Description Dinasty Security Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR & Billing Specialist (Temp) to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and payment recording. This role also supports all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Create and send invoices to clients Track payments and manage collections Process vendor invoices and payments Maintain accurate AR/AP records and reconcile accounts Assist with reports, documentation, and general office tasks Support operations, HR, and other departments as needed Skills/Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational and planning skills High attention to detail Experience with AR/AP or billing preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Requirements Must pass pre-employment background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Bilingual preferred Reliable and punctual 1–2 years AR/AP or accounting experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
