**Program Facilitator, Early Childhood Education (Term Full-Time)**

- **SALARY**: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
- **POSITION LOCATION**: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)
- **DUTIES**
Reporting to the Chair of the Early Childhood Education, the Program Facilitator, Early Childhood Education (ECE) program provides program support to Early Childhood Education, Disability and Community Support, Child and Youth Care, and ASL-English Interpretation programs, with the overall focus and goal being student success by working collaboratively to provide program maintenance, support and promotion. The opportunity to support additional health programs may arise.
Key responsibilities of the position include: preparing, updating, organizing and participating in program promotion; updating program information and digital media sites; advising, addressing, answering and resolving issues and questions related to programs from students, faculty and outside the organization; providing course and program level support by assisting with correspondence, updating course outlines/materials and learning management system (LMS), book requests, instructor and room scheduling; assisting in the arrangement and communication of student practicum; and liaising and coordinating with internal departments and external organizations regarding programs. Other duties may arise as assigned.
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or Business Administration/Management, Education, Community Services, or Early Childhood Education or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting the delivery of educational programs and services, including early childhood education/community services
- Experience providing customer service to a multicultural and multi-needs customer base
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including an advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to work remotely

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience working with diverse populations and/or developing and fostering community partnerships
- Experience working with budgets and financial operations
- Experience with project management using an established project methodology
- Experience maintaining websites and social media platforms
- Experience with promotion and marketing for a program or business

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**

- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to travel
- This position may be required to work throughout the academic year including the summer months
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
