Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented **CNC Operators**to support precision machining operations and contribute to the production of high-quality components. Positions are available on both day and afternoon shifts.

**What You Will Be Doing**

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to confirm quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC equipment
- Communicate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Solid understanding of machine controls and basic programming (e.g., G-code)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift
