Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario We are looking for a skilled and experienced **CNC Operator Lead** to supervise a team of CNC operators and drive production excellence. In this leadership role, you will oversee machine operations, ensure quality output, and support continuous improvement efforts across shifts.

**What You Will Be Doing**

Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:

- Lead and supervise a team of CNC operators, ensuring efficient and safe machine operation
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to guide production
- Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and part accuracy
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting of CNC equipment
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior operators
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Promote and model adherence to safety protocols and company policies

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven leadership experience in a CNC machining environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and basic programming (e.g., G-code)
- Excellent attention to detail and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
