**The Opportunity**:
MCW is currently looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Reporting to the Business Development Leader - Western Canada, this is a fantastic
opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills and develop their career in marketing.
You will have the chance to work alongside a dynamic marketing team across Canada.
This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness
our Edmonton, Alberta office.
**Salary Range**: $50,000 - $60,000 a year
**What you will get up to**:

- Coordinate, write, and prepare short form fee letters for Edmonton, Calgary and

Vancouver offices.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, memos, minutes, and formatting

specifications.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company functions and events as

assigned.
- Research and review new project opportunities, including monitoring bid sites.
- Maintain proposal workload tracker, CRM, and long lead pipeline databases.
- Work with marketing team across Canada to promote our work on social media

and our website.
- Other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills, Education and Experience**:

- A marketing / administrative professional with 1-2 years of experience eager to

develop their skills in the engineering consulting industry.
- Experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is

considered an asset.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

SharePoint) and a willingness to learn new softwares.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and assess situations of

urgency.
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks and

deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
