Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a marketing assistant for a large dental group. You are an energetic, self-starter who genuinely cares about your work and the company you are working for. You are the type of person who is never afraid to ask questions or roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You have big ideas and understand how to plan and execute them as the sole person responsible.

The marketing assistant will work on the growth and development of marketing strategies in conjunction with the organization’s strategic plans. You will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging communications and content; creating, editing, and posting written, photo and video content to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase overall sales.

As the marketing assistant, you will develop and curate original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers while promoting our brand and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing strategies.
- Respond to consumer demand in new and creative ways.
- Manage multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Manage efforts in building online engagement.
- Monitor online reviews, investigate concerns.
- Ability to assess audience/customer needs and develop content strategies to meet specific needs.
- Developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to create and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Being responsible for the copywriting, creative, generating and scheduling of posts.
- Creating, optimizing, testing, and reporting advertising campaigns; reports to management showing results (ROI).
- Generating leads & conversions through social media marketing strategies.
- Provide tactical communications support including developing print and electronic campaign materials and writing internal and external communications.
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data
- Additional tasks are required.

- Experience with online acquisition such as AdWords and reporting tools including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics.

- Developing digital marketing plans and analyzing marketing campaigns including a solid understanding of running, optimizing, testing, and reporting social media ads.
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism from upper management.
- Excellent time management and workflow skills.

Education and Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or related fields preferred.
- 2+ years of related social media and digital marketing experience required. Proof of successful digital campaigns.
- Above average proficiency with the Google Suite and video editing software.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Experience with various software programs such as HubSpot.
