We currently have **full-time and part-time** opportunities for a **Customer Service (Call Center) Representative **to join our team in **Langley, BC.**

Our full-time position requires 5 shifts (8 hours each) and our part-time position requires 3 shifts (8 hours each) between the operating hours of:

- Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

**You will be responsible for**:

- Documenting and tracking compliments, complaints, requests for assistance, product and service inquiries.
- Teaching customers how to use our websites.
- Working closely with our Ecommerce Team Leads and Personal Delivery Assistants to resolve customers concerns regarding online shopping orders.
- Providing support for the Bulk Gift Card program and reception coverage.

**You have**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- The ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM min.
- Availability to work 40 hours a week, including one weekend day per week.

- Excellent in both verbal and written communication.
