- **Proven coaching experience is essential**:

- **Deep understanding of end-to-end delivery processes**:

- **Ability to effectively train and guide teams**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Experience in organizational coaching is a mandatory requirement**

- **1. Agile & Scrum Expertise**
- Deep understanding of **Scrum**, **Kanban**, and other Agile frameworks
- Proficiency in **Agile principles**, values, and best practices
- Experience with **Scaled Agile Frameworks** (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Strong knowledge of **Scrum ceremonies** (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)
- **2. Facilitation & Coaching**
- Ability to **facilitate Agile ceremonies** effectively
- Skilled in **servant leadership** and team empowerment
- Experienced in **coaching teams** and individuals on Agile mindset and practices
- Ability to **mentor junior Scrum Masters** or team members
- **3. Communication & Collaboration**
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills
- Strong **stakeholder management** and **conflict resolution** abilities
- Ability to build **trust and transparency** within and across teams
- Comfortable working with **cross-functional teams**

**4. Problem Solving & Delivery Focus**
- Skilled at **removing impediments** and unblocking teams
- Strong **analytical thinking** and **decision-making** skills
- Focused on **delivering business value** and meeting sprint goals
- Ability to **track and report on Agile metrics** (velocity, burndown, team health, etc.)

**5. Tools & Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in **Agile project management tools** (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne)
- Familiarity with **Confluence**, **Miro**, or similar collaboration tools
- Basic understanding of **software development lifecycle** (not coding, but understanding delivery flow)
