**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: _
- Overseeing the digital security and performing maintenance to ensure that the system is operating at full capacity.
- Managing, maintaining, upgrading, and setting up servers, networks & integrations & backups.
- Managing and setting up all technical hardware.
- Researching, suggesting, and implementing new hardware to ensure that the organization remains ahead of the competition and surpasses industry standards.
- Assisting employees with technical computer problems and issues.
- Setting up all IT requirements and credentials for new employees.
- Ensuring that all our software is compliant and that we have all required licenses.
- Conducting Microsoft Audits when necessary.
- Documenting any changes of technical processes.
- Assisting in any client or software integrations from a technical standpoint, by being available for testing, and meeting with clients or suppliers to streamline integration process.
- Running queries in database upon request.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
- DEC or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012, and 2016
- Previous experience with HP switches, Aruba routers and Watchguard firewalls
- Previous experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Previous experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills
- Hands-on technical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of computing infrastructures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to solve complex problems.
- Must be bilingual.
- Detail oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
