Overview:

More specifically, you will be called upon to collaborate with other team members as you perform the following tasks:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process software key requests and ensure compliance with existing procedures
- Coordinate shipping requests while making sure that all documents and associated procedures comply with established guidelines
- Support the purchasing process by managing internal requests, inventory, orders, and goods
- Process invoices for administrative credit card purchases using our CRM
- Process travel requests in accordance with established guidelines
- Ensure a presence at our reception desk to greet and guide visitors, on a rotating schedule with fellow team members
- Address day-to-day requests related to administrative operations and infrastructure management
- Help update administrative policies and procedures
- Provide operational support for cellphone replacement by facilitating the process and answering plan-related questions
- Manage the inventory of the office snack station

Qualifications:

- Possess at least one year of experience in a similar position, either in administration or operational support
- Hold an AEC or a DCS in office automation or administration (an asset)
- Demonstrate a good level of spoken and written English
- Be familiar with Microsoft O365
- Be capable of effectively managing multiple tasks while showing rigor and strong organizational skills
- Display a heightened sense of responsibility and a meticulous quality-driven approach
- Exhibit discretion and professionalism in daily communications
- Possess exceptional teamwork skills
- Be familiar with Salesforce, our CRM (an asset)
