**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time using systems such as ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees regarding paychecks, deductions, and tax information.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper onboarding of new hires in the payroll system.
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll adjustments, terminations, and new hires.
- Prepare reports on payroll metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist in audits related to payroll processes as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in human resources or accounting.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now or other accounting software is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with payroll processes.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with data entry and clerical duties related to payroll processing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
