Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Conduct data entry and maintain employee records
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies

**Qualifications**:

- Dilploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
