**Job description**

we are now looking for a part time Digital Marketing Coordinator / Sales executive position to join our USA immigration department.

This role involves various responsibilities which include:

- Plan, create, and implement a marketing strategy
- Planning, development, and execution of social media campaigns from concept to execution to increase brand awareness, traffic, and impressions
- Plan and organize promotional presentations for internal/external use
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign
- Create an engaging copy, image, and video content for digital and social media accounts while maintaining a strong online company voice.
- Design, produce and distribute online/social media marketing content.
- Maintain and update key digital platforms including website and social media

.Identify and solicit potential clients.

.Consult with clients during sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Answer client’s queries about services
- Create an engaging copy, image, and video content for digital and social media accounts while maintaining a strong online company voice

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in Digital Marketing experience.
- A bachelor degree or college diploma in IT or Digital Marketing

**- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)**
- WordPress expertise including plugins
- Effective communication skill both written and verbal in English

**.Additional language : Vietnamese, Arabic, Spanish or Farsi will be an asset**
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in G-suite

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
