Maritime Travel Cruise Services located in Halifax is seeking a **Ports Coordinator** to join our growing team.

MTCS has been in business since 1962 and operates from all Ports within Atlantic Canada and St. Pierre & Miquelon providing superior tour excursions to cruise lines from around the world.

- Tour operator work experience
- Comfortable working with technology and in particular Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Business an asset

Position reports directly to the General Manager and Responsibilities to include:

- Assisting with daily operations in all Ports
- Preparing dock sheets
- Organizing materials for tour guides
- Coordinating with Dock Managers
- Maintain venue booking templates.
- Updating and maintaining allotments
- Assist with tour planning and transportation logistics.
- Assist with the development and planning of tours.
- Additional duties as required.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
- Overtime will be required and compensated accordingly.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
