Your Medical Examination Clerk responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and physicians in a professional manner.- Serve as a chaperone during medical appointments.- Maintain clean and well-stocked examination rooms with required instruments and supplies.- Assemble medical examination packages and request relevant diagnostic test results.- Coordinate the collection of audiograms, dental reports and imaging studies following established procedures.- Communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians and other stakeholders.- Perform general office tasks such as faxing, photocopying and other administrative duties as required.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail in a timely and organized manner.

Your experience and skills:
- Successful completion of a Medical Office Assistant program and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.- Proficient in computer use, including experience with Microsoft Word 2010.- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a medical environment.- Strong communication, time management and customer service skills.- Developed problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with mínimal supervision.- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.- Highly dependable and reliable.

Salary: $48,332 to $53,695 per annum (Pay Grade 5)
