**Warehouse Lead Hand - Be the Backbone of Our Team**

**Location**: Olds, AB | **Shift**: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In this role, you will be the **right-hand person to the Warehouse Supervisor**, helping to coordinate equipment, materials, and people to keep things on track. You will be a key player in making sure stock is managed efficiently, parts are where they need to be, and the team is working together like a well-oiled machine

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous warehouse or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Natural leadership qualities with a desire to grow
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Safety-conscious and follows safety procedures
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
- Physically fit and comfortable with active, on-your-feet work

**What You’ll Do**:

- Monitor inventory levels and initiate re-orders as needed
- Coordinate and track work orders, back orders, and part availability
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Oversee parts returns, exchanges, and accurate recordkeeping
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards
- Communicate workflow updates and concerns to the supervisor
- Support safety protocols and perform daily checks
- Operate forklift and oversee safe equipment use
- Mentor and support new and existing team members
- Collaborate with team and act as a liaison between staff and supervisor
- Drive process improvements and help maintain a positive team environment
