This is a fixed term role expiring June 2025 and there is a possibility for permanent full-time employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to verify accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products
- Maintain proper stock rotation as per standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Operation of an automated bagging system in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to organize the warehouse and Housekeeping.
- Make expected daily picking tonnages
- Completes inventory counts
- Constant quality awareness
- Other duties as required

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 yrs. experience in a grain facility, mill or manufacturing industry
- Strong, problem solving and decision making abilities
- Class 5 license an asset
- Willingness to be coached and learn processes
- Forklift and skid steer experience is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and numeracy and accuracy

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Full-time; M-F (day shifts) with overtime as required
- ** Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist, open and close lids, climb ladders and work at heights, and lift 25 kgs. **You will be repeatably picking up 200-400 bags daily.**:

- ** Physical Work Conditions**: Often exposed to loud sounds, distracting noise levels, and dusty and cold/hot environment.
