LJ Welding Automation is actively looking for a Quality Assurance Manager in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
**Start Date**:Immediate
**Location**:Edmonton
**Shift**:Monday-Friday
**Hours**:8:00-4:30
**Wage**:Salary $72,000-$87,000

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that products or services consistently meet regulatory, organizational, and customer requirements.
- Work with Managers and supervisors to ensure that Quality procedures, requirements and objectives are appropriate, effective, and followed.
- Coordinate the resolution of non-conformances including determining the root cause, implementing corrective/preventative actions, and performing a follow-up on the effectiveness of the corrective action.
- Drive continual improvement and suggest operational improvements to the General Manager.
- Lead change management throughout the organization.
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of accreditation to ISO 9001, including but not limited to internal, external audits, processes, and procedures relevant to ISO 9001
**Role Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years working within a Quality System
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001
- Previous experience working with a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Formal education, coursework or equivalent experience performing audits of Quality Systems
- Excellent Office365 knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $72,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
