Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist - Canadian Brokerage Operations is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Leader in identifying and reducing risk to our business

Key Responsibilities (Supervisory/Materials/Information)
- Review new high risk items as identified daily
- Assist in providing reports to senior management team
- Assign HS classification to new items
- Liaise with CBO teams to understand needs of the business
- Review new rulings, CITT decisions, etc
- Perform database maintenace and handle regulatory/compliance duties includeing database audits
- Perform a variety of other tasks as assigned by managment

Education and Experience
- High School diploma
- Current CCS Designation
- 3 or more years brokerage experience required with at least 1 year of verifiable classification experience

Working Conditions, Mental Effort & Physical Requirements- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to focus on computer screen and / or written materials for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity required to use desk top computer and peripherals
- Some travel may be required
