**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Communication**
- Resolve customer concerns and provide guidance on fishing electronics with detailed and accurate information.

**CRM Management**
- Utilize **CRM system** (e.g., ZOHO, Salesforce) to track customer interactions and manage inquiries.
- Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date, creating actionable reports for the sales team.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in completing sales steps when necessary.
- Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Process customer orders and ensure smooth follow-through.

**Product Expertise**:

- Use in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with fish finders and fishing sonar to educate and assist customers.
- Stay updated on the latest fishing technologies and industry trends to provide high-value insights.

**Content Creation (Optional but Preferred)**:

- Assist in **video shooting and editing** for product tutorials or marketing content.
- Create engaging and informative materials to help customers understand and maximize product usage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-first approach.Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Extensive personal experience in boating and fishing, with practical knowledge of using fish finders, sonar systems, and other fishing electronics.
- Support and contribute to the sales process
- Supportive and positive mind-set, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain composure when addressing customer concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions for customers and team members.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple customer inquiries, sales coordination tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously.
- Passion for fishing.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
