**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to perform all tasks related to accounts receivables and payables. Specifically:

- communicate with dealers and provide support on various marketing updates
- update monthly OEM marketing program changes on dealership websites
- log tickets to Graphic Artists, Journalist, Videographer to complete initiatives
- perform various website updates
- Act as the Point-of-contact for all marketing-related activies
- develop an annual advertising schedule for each assigned dealership, inlcuding Parts, Service and Sales
- design, build and maintain social media presence
- measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- identify trends and insights, and optimizesspend and performance based on the insights
- brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- collaborate with internal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes used funnels
- collaboratewith agencies and other vendor partners
- evaluate emerging technologies
- maintain contracts, receipts, and invoices; communicate with dealership managers on current invoices requirements; review reports with respective dealership management

**About you**
- 2 to 4 years of proven digital marketing experience in the retail enviornment; dealership preferred
- post-secondary education in marketing or advertising or communications
- proficiency working with marketing platforms, social media sites, wesbite anaytics
- strong fluency in digital desktop design and publishing software - Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
