We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented person who has a passion for the beauty industry, is highly motivated, reliable, and thorough to join our **Calgary Head Office team** working in **Inventory Control**

**Expectations**:

- Ensuring inventory is being adjusted under the correct codes
- Regularly reviewing inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels in all locations
- Entering in reports on inventory
- Inputting stock transfers between Modern locations to ensure clients can easily receive product they need or request
- Communicating with all relevant departments to ensure inventory transfers are correct and completed in a timely manner
- Assist in answering questions related to inventory processes
- Entering and checking in inventory from purchase orders or transferred product
- Managing inventory errors and investigating any discrepancies
- Filing of all paperwork so it is organized and easily accessible
- Process and document return for products by communicating with suppliers on issues
- Perform other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical aptitude - ability to learn a new computer system
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities - flexibility to work with multiple department
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong and effective time-management skills
- Works well under pressure
- Self-starter and willing to learn cross functional duties
- Ability to provide written and verbal instructions and training
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to reconcile issues by analyzing and solving problems
