Inventory Clerk

Barnes Garage Co. is currently seeking a **Full-Time Digital Inventory Clerk** to join our Marketing team

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Marketing manager, you will help manage the digital inventory for all Barnes dealerships. You will control and maintain all inventory on the websites and on third-party sellers, as well as inventory in our internal inventory systems, in addition to other tasks.

**The job**:

- Collect new motorcycle invoices from manufacturers, stock units into our internal inventory systems, and upload units to the websites and third-party sellers
- Maintain inventory pricing, promotions, and photos on all websites and third-party sellers
- Audit inventory on all platforms and resolve any issues immediately if possible, or report issues if necessary
- Communicate with sales managers regarding inventory
- Other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor

**Shifts**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**The requirements**:

- Must have a strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Previous experience with Dealervu, Lightspeed, or other inventory systems is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Some knowledge of motorcycle/motor vehicle brands and models is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic aptitude with computers and ability to quickly learn new systems

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
