Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce + Growth and Head of Brand, you will be responsible for content creation as well as developing and managing strategies, initiatives, and partnerships to drive brand growth through creative content.

**Responsibilities Include**:
Big Picture:

- Drive revenue + community growth through compelling storytelling and content excellence
- Conceive, build out + deliver a best-in-class content calendar + marketing campaigns
- Build + manage a network of freelancers (writers, photographers, filmmakers etc.)
- Managing and measuring the success of Greenhouse’s content marketing strategy.
- Developing, managing and executing creative campaigns for Greenhouse’s marketing calendar.
- Facilitating Content Shoots w/ Photo + Video Partners.
- Building Relationships + developing editorial content with journalists / writers.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with Influencers, Magazine Editors etc.

Day-to-Day:

- Develop, design, plan and execute media assets and campaigns across all existing and emerging digital / social channels and platforms
- Ability to creatively produce; video formats, static images, and written content leveraging internal teams and external collaborators/freelancers.
- Ensure content adheres to the brand’s visual style, tone and language guidelines as well as effectively communicating with a variety of nuanced target audience segments.
- Produce and create videos, photoshoots, graphics, and other multimedia content that is fresh, compelling and drives profitable consumer actions.
- Engaging with the Greenhouse community on social media, collecting and commenting on UGC, turning our audience into a source of creative content.

**Desired Skills and experience**:

- Degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of content creation, videography, photography and/or marketing experience
- Comfortable shooting video/stills using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
- Ear for tone and eye for visual style; ability to take direction and adjust
- Technical proficiency in photo + video editing tools such as Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or comparable software
- Ability to manage an editorial calendar, and to meet and enforce deadlines
- Powerful work ethic, efficiency under pressure
- Empathy, self-awareness, and an out-there (but tasteful) sense of humour
- Passion, creativity, curiosity, and ability to spread enthusiasm
