We are looking for a skilled Content Creator / Videographer to capture and produce high-quality visual content across our venues. Your duties will include filming and editing engaging video content, shooting photography that reflects our brand identity, and supporting the marketing team with creative assets. You will be responsible for translating the energy, atmosphere, and lifestyle of our venues into compelling content that drives engagement.

As a Content Creator / Videographer, you should have an eye for storytelling, strong technical skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to bring a brand to life visually. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong and cohesive digital presence through world-class visual content.

**What You’ll Do**

**Content Creation & Production**
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content (event coverage, promotional campaigns, Reels, TikToks, day-in-the-life, and more).
- Capture photography that aligns with our brand’s visual identity across dining, nightlife, and community-focused experiences.
- Create video and photo assets optimized for social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Ensure consistent look, feel, and storytelling that reflects brand standards.
- Manage and organize content libraries for easy access and reuse.

**Creative Direction & Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns and objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for video storytelling and visual campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and event producers to deliver cohesive content.
- Stay current with digital trends, visual aesthetics, and best practices for video and photography.

**On-Site Coverage**
- Capture live events, activations, and behind-the-scenes moments at our Toronto and Miami venues.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover nightlife and hospitality events.
- Quickly edit and deliver content for real-time use when needed.

**Qualifications (Work Experience / Education / Certifications)**
- Minimum of **3 years of professional videography and content creation experience**.
- Proven portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, or music-related content.
- Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Experience filming in dynamic environments such as nightlife, hospitality, or live events.
- Strong understanding of content optimization for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Photography skills, with experience in lighting and composition.

- Creative storytelling and visual communication.
- Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and sound.
- Excellent editing and post-production abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
