**ROLE**

At Sid Lee, Content Creators bring a diverse creative mix to the work. As unconventional makers, expert storytellers and undeniable masters of social and digital platform best practices, our creators wear different hats each day. Working under the guidance of the Director of Content and partnering with a Content Manager, you'll create content pieces for a variety of social and digital channels and present your ideas to internal teams and clients. Typical projects will include animated videos and images, gifs, short-form videos, and designed imagery and typography.

This role requires a passion for pop culture and fashion, and a strong understanding of how that translates successfully into the social space. You'll work closely with a Content Manager to concept creative content on a responsive basis, adapting to the performance of social content and culturally relevant events and trends within the digital and social space. You understand the social and digital specs for content creation and can adapt assets across platforms as needed, employing best practices by channel to ensure optimal content performance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take part in developing content strategy and expressing it in a creative way through different social media formats (TikToks, stories, reels, videos, carousel, image posts and any other engagement or conversion format types).
- Keep up with news, trends and hot topics to make content ideas more contextual.
- Plan content calendars and present them to clients.
- Produce and create high-quality content in collaboration with content managers, motion designers, art directors, and other colleagues within the agency.
- Ensure that the brand's voice is being expressed on social media by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Develop content ideas for social that are integrated as part of 360 campaigns.
- Manage some projects with the clients directly and ensure their satisfaction until the final delivery.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in communications, journalism or other related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, in an agency or in media, which includes the creation of user engagement content for social media.
- Fashion enthusiast with a passion for short and long-form storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of social media and technical proficiency with these platforms.
- Very current with new visual trends of all kinds (advertising, trailers, teasers, design, etc.).
- Production generalist with proficiency in post-production - editing and remixing assets will be a key part of this role.
- Photography and videography skills are an asset.
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe suite.
