**Responsibilities**
- Facilitating the vehicle delivery process
- Ensure the vehicles are clean and ready for delivery at the scheduled time
- Confirm that all accessories are installed before or on delivery
- Ensure final inspection by the service advisors has been completed
- Gas vehicles up before delivery with keys and papers ready on hand
- Set up vehicle features and install plates for the customers during the delivery
- Photograph/videograph the deliveries and work together with the Marketing manager to post on social media platforms
- Facilitate a walkaround through the dealership introducing the customers to each department
- Implement a follow-up process to ask for a google review and a CXI
- Organize trade-ins, create files, key tags and place window stickers
- Track keys
- Work closely with the managers on assigned tasks
- Other duties as required

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Proven record of building strong client relationships
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the Automotive industry is an asset
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Comfortable leveraging technology for the most day-to-day functions
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Are conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing tasks
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum education level of a High School Diploma
