**Nintendo Experience Specialist - **Downtown Montreal**

**PURPOSE/SUMMARY**: Our mission is to generate demand for Nintendo experiences and facilitate acquisition, ultimately making people smile. Delivering on this mission is the primary purpose of all Nintendo of Canada, Ltd (NOCL) employees.

**Nintendo Experience Specialists **(NES) are responsible in visiting various local retail outlets across **Downtown Montreal **as well as local event support. This position will be responsible for interacting with consumers and retail staff on a variable schedule throughout the year (including but not limited to weekdays, weekends, evenings, key promotional periods, and holidays) and at consumer facing events to provide sales support, on-going product sampling, training, and education about Nintendo products.

**NES Duties**

  • Attend scheduled shifts with all specified equipment and assigned uniform
  • Provide timely submission feedback via Consumer Insight surveys and shift surveys via Natural Insight
  • Maintain assigned Nintendo Switch equipment including all updates, downloads and other content
  • Perform outlined priorities such as merchandising and sampling
  • Implement planograms based on retailer direction and priorities
  • Raise concerns and questions with your assigned Area Lead
  • Represent Nintendo in a professional manner
  • Maintain general awareness of Nintendo Products, news, and Events

Les spécialistes d’expérience Nintendo ont la responsabilité de visiter les différents détaillants de la grande région de Montréal et de soutenir les événements locaux. La personne nommée à ce poste aura la responsabilité d'interagir avec les consommateurs et les employés durant les heures plus achalandées (jours de semaine, fin de semaine, périodes promotionnelles, temps des fêtes), et aux événements s’adressant aux consommateurs pour offrir un soutien aux ventes, permettre l’essai de produits, faire de la formation et donner de l’information à propos des produits Nintendo.

**Tâches du spécialiste d’expérience Nintendo**

  • Être présent lors de ses quarts de travail prévus, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et l’uniforme assigné
  • Offrir une rétroaction ponctuelle grâce à des enquêtes sur la perception des consommateurs et des enquêtes chez les détaillants réalisés à l’aide de Natural Insight
  • Maintenir l’équipement Nintendo Switch assigné en bon état, ce qui comprend faire toutes les mises à jour, les téléchargements et l’installation de tout autre contenu
  • Compléter les tâches prioritaires, comme le marchandisage et les essais
  • Construire des planogrammes en suivant les instructions et priorités des détaillants
  • Mentionner vos préoccupations et questions à votre responsable de zone désigné
  • Représenter Nintendo de façon professionnelle
  • Demeurer informé de manière générale à propos des actualités concernant les produits et événements Nintendo
