WHAT YOU'LL DO:The Labs Canada Experience Producer is responsible for leading special projects in support of the Labs Canada operations, reporting to the Senior Operations Specialist on our team. Responsibilities span event and communication support, as well as special projects such as innovation programs across 3 locations in Canada. The successful candidate will drive projects working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. If you are excited to handle multiple priorities and projects with creativity, precision, and drive and want to make an impact across Labs Canada locations, this role is for you. Create and manage large-scale events up to 600 people, in-person and virtual, in support of Labs Vancouver, Waterloo and Montreal to drive towards high engagement. Support the Senior Operations Specialist in leading annual marquee site-wide events (e.g. All Employee meetings, developer conference, end-of-year holiday party, summer party) including venue sourcing, vendor relationships, procurement management, all logistics, coordination, communications, and volunteer coordinationCreate and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, and execute end-to-endAct as special projects lead, such as executive visits, CSR initiatives, eco system engagement and other key projects in collaboration with the Managing Director, Head of Strategy and Operations, and Communications LeadCommunicate within project teams, and deliver relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the teamWork collaboratively within the team and cross functionally across the site and with global teamsProvide logistics support for the Managing Director's office as necessary: liaising with suppliers, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, coordinating meeting logistics, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:4+ years of experience in event planning and internal or corporate communications, ideally in the tech sectorProven ability to lead internal projects and communications plans for events from start to finishStrong English writing and editing skills, to review others' workExcellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiativesProficiency with internal communication platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, etc.)Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva, Word, Excel, SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Microsoft Power Apps

Preferred QualificationsExperience working with hybrid and distributed teamsWritten and spoken knowledge of French in a business context

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 99700 - 169400(CAD) CAD. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
