**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of inventory control, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items.
- Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.

**Stock Fulfilment**:

- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill stock requests in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory replenishment processes to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
- Monitor stock turnover rates and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory for disposition.

**Auditing and Documentation Management**:

- Conduct regular audits of inventory records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory counts and system records.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory control processes and optimize inventory flow.

**Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and key performance indicators.
- Provide insights and analysis on inventory trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Generate bi-weekly storage invoicing reports to ensure all inbound and outbound movements are billed accurately, ensuring all necessary accessorial charges are accounted for and included.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of ERP Odoo, considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.63-$26.44 per hour
