Job Title: Service Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all types of door hardware & commercial door components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install, assemble, and test new equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude preffered but not required
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components preffered but not required
- Proficient in reading technical manuals and diagrams preffered but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
