**Responsibilities**:

- Learning the trade
- Vehicle tear down & rebuild
- Body repair
- Glass replacement
- Helping ensure the shop is clean & professional
- Liaison vehicles between stages of repair to completion

**Qualifications**:

- Desire to learn, grow and be a fully trained technician faster
- Strong work ethic and energy to put in the time to learn.
- Automotive Collision work experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- good communication & organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license
