Position title: Account Receivable Coordinator

**Job description**:
This individual will be a key player in performing activities relating to accounts receivable and will be responsible for credit card billings, general customer collections, and duties assigned to support the Finance team.
What you will do:

- Perform collections of outstanding Accounts Receivable balances
- Communicate with customers to resolve regular, invoicing, and collection issues
- Maintain 30% of the client files with high attention to detail
- Assist in filling out new suppliers set up forms

**What we are looking for**:

- 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or collections role
- Strong knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel)
- Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus
- Post-Secondary education with a focus on Accounting or Finance is a plus

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
