Accounts Receivable Specialist - Contract to Perm (Hybrid)The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible forAR reconciliations, collections, invoicing, billing, cash application, and various other daily and monthly receivables related tasks. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills as strong relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders is essential.Responsibilities:Process invoicesReview daily invoices to ensureaccuracy before providing tocustomersProcess Invoices on a monthly basisPrepare manual deposit invoices for new ordersProcess credits and adjustments using appropriate codes inGLTrack invoice-related issues and ensure timely resolutionRun and review monthly statements, sending them to customers in a timely mannerPrepare Canadian and US bank depositsDisburse A/R and non-A/R cash receiptsProcess credit card payments and ensure accurate documentationMake collection calls to customersCollaborate with stakeholders to investigate short paymentsand follow up on unresolved issuesSet up new customers, request various reportsRespond promptly to voicemails and email requestsEnsure allinformation is entered before month-end processingRun reconciliation reports, investigate discrepancies, and process month-end reportsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in Billings, AR and Collections.Strong experience with MS Excel including pivot tables and v-lookupsStrong technical skills and ability to learn new software quicklyExcellent analytical andproblem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentExperience with high volume AR Recs, Billings and CollectionsExcellent communication skillsMust show drive and desire to succeed in the role with strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
