**Job Summary**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Forecast sales, generate ‘out of the box’ sale methodologies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Conducting Training and Mentoring MDUs Field Representative
- Develop and lead motivational team meetings regularly
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of all programs
- Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration in the field
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with MDU property management and leasing employees and follows up frequently to make sure Telus products and services are presented well to potential customers.
- Develop and execute MDU Lobby, Off-Site & Local Community Events to maximize market share
- Gather and provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence for assigned territory
- Creating and maintaining a report on the regional sales
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales team management, preferably in the telecom industry
- Experienced leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating residential markets
- Inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive results
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service Adaptability and initiative, as well as teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team at the divisional and corporate level
- Ability to perform with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and analytical skills
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel through assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Technical knowledge: A field manager should have a strong understanding of the industry and the technical aspects of the work being done.
Time management: A field manager must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
