The Multi-Unit Manager will coordinate and plan the organization of the food and beverage outlets while working with the stores to ensure excellence, budget control and quality of service. The Multi-Unit will be responsible for ensuring that the corporately-owned locations follow the brand standards and are able to run independently and effectively.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Control, lead, and develop motivated team into high-performers
- Maximize sales and profits by practicing brand standards, to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Manage team member performance with clear feedback, recognition, reviews, coaching, discipline and conflict resolution
- Ensure weekly management meetings and employee pre-shift meetings are ongoing and productive
- Generate growth and restaurant sales through local marketing initiatives
- Model ways to delight guests and team members to deliver an excellent guest experience
- Control day-to-day operations by streamlining costs and product quality
- Ensure Mr. Greek operating standards, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met
- Control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, purchases, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions to ensure company objectives are met.
- Human Resources managing performances and liaising with Head Office to provide accurate information including payroll files, contact information, new hire information, etc
- Ensure accurate weekly reporting packages are submitted to Head Office by the set deadline
- Ensure preventative maintenance program is practiced
- Ensure a safe working and guest experience environment
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- 5+ years restaurant manager or similar capacity
- Smart Serve and Food Handlers Certificate
- Advanced working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems
- POS Systems
- Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional team building capability
- Advanced computer and administrative skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to follow systems and keep accurate records and detailed files

**Locations**: Scarborough | Brampton

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
