King’s Transportation Group is looking for a Controller at our corporate head office in Dorval.
Reporting to the President, the purpose of the job is to oversee projects, plan, organize, direct and control the operations of the accounting and finance department.
The Controller’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the financial reporting & analysis functions within the accounting department
- Prepare all aspects of the payroll functions, including annual/monthly fillings (DAS, CNESST, other)
- Monthly GST/PST reporting
- Reconcile inter-company accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Analytical review of the balance sheet and income statement
- Preparation of year-end file for the external auditor
- Various other general accounting and office responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 10+ years’ experience
- Good financial reporting technical skills
- Bilingual - English and French
- Ability to plan and organize work to meet all deadlines
**Salary**: $68,000.00-$76,000.00 per year
