**Résumé du poste**:
Relevant du chef du service financier, le contrôleur financier sera responsable de la gestion de toutes les fonctions comptables, y compris la comptabilité d'entreprise, les rapports statutaires et financiers, la préparation des budgets et des prévisions, ainsi que le contrôle et le développement des politiques et procédures de contrôle interne.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Gérer, coacher et superviser l'équipe comptable.
- Soutenir les plans stratégiques de l'entreprise et assurer l'atteinte des objectifs départementaux.
- Gérer les opérations comptables quotidiennes, y compris l'audit de trésorerie, les comptes clients, les comptes créditeurs, le grand livre général, les stocks et les immobilisations.
- Agir à titre d'agent de liaison avec les équipes des comptes payables et des comptes recevables des services partagés et les départements ARINA concernés.
- Gérer les processus de clôture de fin de mois et de fin d'année et valider l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des rapports financiers.
- Examiner et analyser les résultats financiers et fournir des explications sur les écarts par rapport aux budgets et aux prévisions tout en recommandant des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Compiler, analyser et communiquer la trousse de rapports à la haute direction et à Global Finance.
- Gérer les processus de prévision et de budgétisation en veillant à ce que les projections financières soient cohérentes avec les objectifs stratégiques à long terme de l'unité commerciale.
- Développer et gérer les contrôles financiers internes en place et promouvoir la responsabilité et la conformité au sein de l'unité commerciale.
- Gérer tous les audits internes et externes dans le respect des procédures et normes comptables de l'entreprise.
- Gérer les rapports et la conformité statutaires.
- Participer à des projets spéciaux.
- Toute autre tâche connexe.
**Qualifications requises**:
- Baccalauréat en finance/comptabilité avec titre de CPA.
- Au moins 7 années d'expérience en comptabilité dans un rôle de direction en comptabilité ou en gestion financière.
- Expérience dans la motivation, l'encadrement et le soutien des membres d'une équipe.
- Autonome, axé sur les délais, axé sur les résultats et efficace.
- Solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prendre des décisions dans un environnement complexe et en évolution rapide.
- Engagé, collaboratif et flexible.
- Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office avec maîtrise d'Excel.
- Connaissance générale des systèmes ERP (Navision - un atout).
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication en français et en anglais.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, including corporate accounting, statutory and financial reporting, preparation of budgets and forecasts, and control and development. internal control policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage, coach, and supervise the accounting team.
- Support the company’s strategic plans and ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including cash audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Act as Liaison with the Shared Services Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and the applicable ARINA departments.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes and validate the accuracy and completeness of the financial reports.
- Review and analyse financial results and provide explanations on deviations vs. budgets and forecasts while recommending corrective measures as needed.
- Compile, analyse and communicate the reporting package to senior management and Global Finance.
- Manage the Forecast and Budgeting processes ensuring that the financial projections are consistent with the long-term strategic targets for the Business Unit.
- Develop and manage the internal financial controls in place and promote accountability and compliance within the Business Unit.
